A really challenging business letter but mission accomplished

A new client texted us the brief for a letter they wanted to write to a new client who had used their commercial services a couple of times. The FD was frustrated. This client was providing a challenge. The words below were the exact brief from this client to us.
"I have a customer who wants everything cheap, high quality but also within 2 minutes and doesn't have a credit account. Maybe telling them to naff off?" That was the brief!
This is the letter we provided:
Dear [Customer Name],
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to kindly remind you that your account with us does not have an established credit facility. As such, we require payment upfront for any future orders or services. This ensures a smooth process for both parties and allows us to maintain the highest standards of service.
At XXX we take great pride in delivering exceptional quality— our focus is on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We believe that a long-lasting quality product, takes a little longer and is worth the investment, rather than opting for a "cheap and cheerful" approach. We do not compromise on excellence, and we trust you value this in our offering.
Should these terms not align with your expectations or needs, we understand if you choose to explore other options. However, we remain confident that our commitment to this high-quality service is what sets us apart and we look forward to continuing our partnership, but under these trading terms.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions and we thank you for your understanding and support.
Kind regards,
